प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी ने Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2022 की घोषणा 25 जून 2015 को सुबह की थी और कहा जा रहा है की यदि ईमानदार और लगन के साथ इस योजना के उपर काम होगा तो अगले 7 वर्षों में 2022 तक सभी के पास अपना घर होगा यह योजना सभी 28 राज्य और 9 केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के सभी 4,041 शहरों और कस्बों के अन्दर चलाई जाएगी और प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी का कहना है देश के अन्दर कोई भी बिना घर के न रहे और सभी के पास अपना घर हो इसलिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने शहरी और ग्रामीण दोनों क्षेत्रों के लिए प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना की शुरुआत की है

इस योजना के अन्दर कुछ बदलाव किये गये थे जैसे सरकारी के साथ निजी मकानों को भी किया जाएगा Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2020 में शामिल | विभिन्न आवास नीति के तहत बनने वाले आवास जैसे- प्राधिकरण, प्राइवेट बिल्डर्स, स्वयं की भूमि पर, सरकार भूमि पर बनने वाले आवास को Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2023 के अन्तर्गत शामिल किया जाएगा तो यदि कोई भी इस योजना का लाभ उठाना चाहता है तो वह ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकता है आज यंहा हम इस योजना से जुडी सभी जानकारी देंगे जिस से कोई भी आसानी से ऑनलाइन आवेदन करके इस योजना का लाभ उठा सके | प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना हमारे देश के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के द्वारा 2015 में आरंभ की गई थी। इस योजना को आरंभ करने के पीछे सरकार द्वारा 2022 तक सभी के लिए आवास सुनिश्चित करने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया था। जिसके अंतर्गत सन 2022 तक 1.12 करोड़ों घरों का निर्माण किया जाएगा। इस योजना के अंतर्गत सरकार द्वारा शहरी क्षेत्र में से अधिक घरों के निर्माण के लिए मंजूरी दे दी गई है इस मंजूरी के बाद अब प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत कुल मकानों की संख्या 1.1 करोड़ हो गई है 20 जनवरी 2022 को एक बैठक हुई थी जिसमें 14 राज्य तथा केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के अधिकारियों ने भाग लिया था
- इस बैठक में 1.6 लाख नए घर बनवाने का निर्णय लिया गया था इस बात की सूचना केंद्रीय आवास और शहरी मामलों के मंत्रालय द्वारा प्रदान की गई है मंत्रालय द्वारा राज्यों से भी प्रोजेक्ट में संशोधन करने के लिए सुझाव मांगे गए हैं
- प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत अब तक 41 लाख लोग घर पूरे हो चुके हैं जबकि 70 लाख घरों का निर्माण चल रहा है इस योजना के अंतर्गत निर्माण किए गए घर में सभी बुनियादी सुविधाएं मौजूद होती हैं सभी राज्य एवं केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों भी इस योजना के सफलतापूर्वक कार्यान्वयन का प्रयास कर रहे हैं सचिव द्वारा राज्य तथा केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों से अफॉर्डेबल रेंटल हाउसिंग स्कीम में तेजी लाने के लिए कहा है

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2023 का उद्देश्य
- इस योजना मुख्य उदेश्य जरूरतमंद परिवारों को खुद का घर प्रदान करना |
- Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana के तहत वर्ष 2022 तक पूरे देश के ग्रामीण इलाकों में कुल 4 करोड़ घरों का निर्माण किया जाएगा
- प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत ग्रामीण इलाकों में अपना मकान बनाने के लिए निर्माण करना चाहते हैं या फिर मरम्मत करवाना चाहते हैं उनको इस योजना के तहत दो लाख रुपए तक के लोन पर दिए जाने वाले ब्याज में 3% की छूट दी जाएगी|
- इस योजना से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रोजगार को बढ़ावा मिलेगा |
- इस योजना से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों को ज्यादा महत्व में लिए जायेगा क्योकि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में विकास नही हुआ है इसलिए ग्रामीण इलाकों में बनाए जाने वाले घरों के लक्ष्य में 33% का इजाफा कर दिया गया है यानी ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में रहने वाले 33% ज्यादा लोगों को इस आवास योजना में शामिल किया जा सकेगा|
प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तीन चरण
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana को एक साथ पूरा नही किया जा सकता है इसलिए इसके लिए अलग अलग लक्ष्य के साथ अलग अलग चरण बनाये गये है इस से तीन चरण में पूरी की जाएगी |
प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना 2021ऑनलाइन अप्लाई PM Kaushal Vikas Yojana 2021 (3.0 )
पहला चरण:-पहला चरण 2015 से शुरू किया जा चुका है और इसका समय मार्च 2017 तक निर्धारित किया गया है और इसका लक्ष्य 100 शहरों में आवास योजना के तहत सस्ती दरों पर मकान बनाए जाएंगे |
दूसरा चरण:- दूसरा चरण के अन्दर 200 शहरों को जोड़े गये है इसमें 200 और शहरों में आवास योजना के तहत सस्ती दरों पर मकान बनाए जाएंगे और यह चरण 2017 से मार्च 2019 तक पूरा करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है|
तीसरा चरण:- तीसरा चरण अप्रैल 2019 में शुरू किया जाएगा और मार्च 2022 तक पूरा होगा इस चरण में शेष बचे शहरों को शामिल किया जाएगा|
प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के लिए पात्रता मापदंड
- आवेदक भारत का स्थाई निवासी होना अनिवार्य है।
- आवेदक की उम्र 18 वर्ष या उससे ज्यादा होनी चाहिए।
- Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana के अंतर्गत आवेदक के पास कोई घर या प्रॉपर्टी नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- आवेदक किस और सरकारी आवास योजना का लाभ ना ले रहा हो।

PMAY Online Application Process केंद्र सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) ऑनलाइन आवेदन के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। इच्छुक उम्मीदवार पीएमएवाई-आवास और शहरी कार्य मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट के माध्यम से पीएम आवास योजना (PM Awas Yojana) के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं यदि की आवेदक को आवेदन करना है वह निचे दिए गये स्टेप्स को फॉलो करे |
- सबसे पहले आधिकारिक वेबसाइट pmaymis.gov.in पर जाएँ|
- वेबसाइट पर जाने के बाद उपर “Citizen Assessment” का लिंक मिलेगा उस पर क्लिक करे |
- अगर आप अभी किसी स्लम (गन्दी बस्ती) में रहते हैं तो “For Slum Dwellers” पर क्लिक करें नही तो “Benefit Under Other 3 Components” पर क्लिक करें।

क्लिक करने के बाद अपना आधार नंबर भरना है और “Check” पर क्लिक करना है जैसे नीचे दिखाया गया है |
- Check” पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने एक फॉर्म खुलेगा जिसमें आपको अपनी सभी जानकारी भरनी होगी|
- सबसे नीचे दिए गए “Submit / सुरक्षित” बटन पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- “Submit / सुरक्षित” बटन पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपकी स्क्रीन पर एक आवेदन क्रमांक दिया जाएगा
- उसका एक प्रिंट आउट निकाले और अपने पास रखे |
